Squaw Valley Institute has been hosting events across the North Lake Tahoe region since 2002, during which time we have been fortunate to have academics, scientists, adventurers, authors, photographers, politicians and athletes as speakers.
The bulk of our events are suggested by our members and others in the community. If you have an idea for an event, we would love to hear from you!
Our scheduling is intentionally eclectic, so it is tough to classify our events, but some broad categories include: arts & literature, comedy & entertainment, environment, politics, sports & lifestyle, and world affairs.
