COMMUNITY OF WRITERS AT SQUAW VALLEY: A long-time and very successful summer program that brings novice writers together with professionals in a series of workshops including fiction, narrative nonfiction/memoir, poetry and screenwriting.

TRUCKEE COMMUNITY CHORUS is truly a community chorus made up of some fifty members from Truckee, North Lake Tahoe, Donner Summit, Reno, and as far away as Graeagle. The unifying ingredient of the group is a love and respect for fine choral music and a willingness to experience a wide range of musical styles.
